et Roger - MS Word, excel file 名變色

想問下點解 MS Word , Excel d 檔案文件, 有 d file 會自動變了藍色？
點先可以不用變藍色？
其實因為 set 左個 background colour is 淺紫色 , 所以淺紫色底睇藍色字有 d 難睇
